She has over a decade of experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related disorders. She is the President of Dr. Watlington & Associates and is the Chair of a non-profit organization to empower women, Rise & Shine Women’s Support Services. A humorous and passionate presenter, Dr. Watlington likes to present on topics that empower others to live a life aligned with their values.
