Meredith Holmes, Dynamic Therapist, LCSW
Meredith earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a concentration in Health Services from the University of Delaware and her Masters of Social Work degree from Widener University. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware. In the past 5 years Meredith has worked both as a Social Worker and an Outpatient Therapist at different facilities. She has also volunteered several years as a co-facilitator in a local support group focused on children who have experienced grief and loss. She has experience working with adults and adolescents individually, as well as their families. Her treatment approaches are tailored to each client’s situation and needs. Meredith supports clients who suffer from a wide range of mental health conditions such as, but not limited to: anxiety, phobias, depression, substance abuse, behavioral issues and trauma.
Regina Johnson, Dynamic Therapist, LPCMH
Regina’s specialty is working with children, adolescents and families using a strengths-based approach. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral issues and/or ADHD. As a foster parent, she also has an interest in treating adjustment issues such as foster care placement and adoption. Her goal is to empower families to create a strong, supportive loving environment for their youth. She is trained in PCIT, a specialized therapy that helps to treat oppositional/defiant children ages 2-7. She is also trained in Triple P. Standard Triple P is delivered to parents of children up to 12 year of age and Teen Triple P is delivered to parents of teens ages12 to 16.
Lauren Rhoades, Dynamic Therapist, LPCMH
Lauren earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Masters of Community Counseling degree from Wilmington University. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware. For the past 11 years, Lauren has worked within the mental health, trauma, and substance abuse population in various levels of care, and in various roles, most recently in the role of “Clinical Director/Licensed Therapist”. She has experience working with adults and adolescents individually, in groups, in schools, as well as with families. Her treatment approaches are client-centered and individual-based. Lauren supports clients who suffer from a wide range of mental health conditions such as, but not limited to, mental health, substance abuse, behavioral issues, and trauma. She has significant experience and training, certified as a Co-Occurring Professional Diplomate, with skills in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy/Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Kirsten Teklits, Dynamic Therapist, LCSW
Kirsten Teklits has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Delaware. In her clinical practice, Kirsten works with both adults and adolescents as well as their families. Her approach to treatment is a collaborative effort aimed at fostering compassionate and supportive relationships with clients and tailoring treatment to each client’s specific challenges. She utilizes cognitive behavior therapy and other psychotherapeutic modalities, including dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness, to help individuals gain the skills needed to change unhelpful thinking, behavior and emotional responses in order to resolve their immediate difficulties and improve their overall well-being. She is experienced in working with clients who suffer from a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, behavioral issues and trauma.
