Meredith earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a concentration in Health Services from the University of Delaware and her Masters of Social Work degree from Widener University. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware.
For the past 6 years Meredith has worked both as a Social Worker and an Outpatient Therapist at different facilities throughout New Castle County. She has also volunteered several years as a co-facilitator in a local support group focused on children who have experienced grief and loss. She has experience working with adults and adolescents individually, as well as their families. Her treatment approaches are tailored to each client’s situation and needs. Meredith supports clients who suffer from a wide range of mental health conditions such as, but not limited to: anxiety, phobias, depression, substance abuse, behavioral issues and trauma.

As a parent of premature children with health difficulties and a spouse to a First Responder, Meredith understands “not having enough time in the day” to care about yourself. She offers a safe place to process the trauma, in an office that is not over stimulating for the senses. She incorporate several treatment interventions, tailored to what you need at that time.
With a combination of first-hand experience and clinical knowledge, Meredith can help navigate you through these difficult times. She have numerous treatment approaches, tailored to each client’s needs.
